Delivery Timing  
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, carrier, and product availability. Estimated delivery windows presented at checkout are provided for convenience and should be understood as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Fulfillment  
Select orders may be prepared and dispatched through our trusted fulfillment network. Depending on the products selected, availability, or fulfillment origin, certain orders may arrive in separate shipments to ensure the most efficient and secure delivery experience.

Tracking  
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email whenever available. Customers may also follow the progress of their shipment through their order status page.

Shipping Rates  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or displayed on our store at the time of purchase. Complimentary shipping offers, when available, apply only under the terms presented at checkout or within the applicable promotion.

Delivery Delays  
While we work to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect address details, or events beyond our control. If a shipment is delayed, we recommend reviewing the tracking details first and then contacting our Customer Care team for further assistance if needed.

Address Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If a shipment is delayed, returned, or misdirected due to incomplete or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

International Shipping  
International shipping availability may vary by destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees associated with their order.
