Fulfillment

Delays
LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend first reviewing your tracking information and then contacting us if additional support is needed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
