Shipping Times  
Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment  
Some products may ship through our trusted fulfillment partners. Orders may be prepared and dispatched in separate shipments depending on product type, availability, or fulfillment location.

Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also monitor your shipment through your order status page when tracking is available.

Shipping Rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or based on the shipping rates displayed on our store at the time of purchase. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only under the terms stated at checkout or on the promotion page.

Delays  
LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend first reviewing your tracking information and then contacting us if additional support is needed.

Incorrect Addresses  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LUMAÏSSE by Lumaraï is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping  
International shipping availability may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government unless otherwise stated at checkout.
